This is not another ‘challenge’ that takes over your life. It’s 30 minutes, 3 times a day, for 30 days - that’s it. 

Why This Works? Most wellness challenges or plans fail because they’re all or nothing - you either overhaul your entire life or do nothing at all.

We’ve planned everything for you with the help of Cloud Nine Collective (our favourite women's wellbeing app) - all you have to do is show up.

Every day, you’ll get three simple, structured 30-minute activities.

We’re Abbey & Bianca, founders of Her Thirties and honestly? We feel like our 2025 is only just starting, do you?

Why in March? Because we as Women aren’t designed to thrive in winter - we’re built to slow down, conserve energy, and turn inward. Just like nature, we go through seasons of rest and renewal - but society expects us to hit the ground running on January 1st, in the middle of freezing weather, no daylight, and post-holiday burnout. Women’s energy levels fluctuate seasonally - our bodies crave restoration in winter and expansion in spring.

So, of course we didn’t feel like new year, new me. Because it’s not how we’re wired.

That’s why we believe in this 30 | 30 | 30 structure as its worked for us so many times before and after speaking to so many of you at our recent event and in your DMs we know you will benefit from it too! 

30 minutes in the morning.

30 minutes in the afternoon.

30 minutes in the evening.

It's not a massive lifestyle overhaul. Not an overwhelming ‘75 Day Hard Challenge’ because let’s be honest - most of us don’t have time for 75-minute workouts, hour-long meditations, or elaborate self-care routines. But we do have time for 30-minutes here and there!

And when we give ourselves that? We feel better. We show up differently. We stop running on empty.

how it works…

Each day together we will complete three 30 minute rituals, example below:

Morning (30 mins) → Movement

Wake up your body with movement that feels good. As part of this challenge you'll have FREE access to Cloud Nine Collective - our favourite women's wellbeing app. Each day, you can find movement options in the app what work best for you but if you prefer a walk, run, or your own gym workout that's totally fine too!

Afternoon (30 mins) → Mindset

This is your time to reset and refocus - to step away from distractions and centre yourself. Each day, we’ll provide a practice designed to shift your mindset and calm your nervous system such as - journaling, guided meditation, a 30-minute screen-free break to reconnect with yourself.

Evening (30 mins) → Self-Care

This is where you prioritise you - not work, not your to-do list, not anyone else. To complete a 30 minute self care ritual. Such as reading, skincare, a bath or 30-minute wind-down routine for deeper rest and quality sleep.

Q3: WHAT IF I CANT MAKE THE LIVE CALLS? 

No worries! The calls are recorded and replays will be available to watch in your own time. 

Q4: HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT DO TO EACH DAY?

We've planned everything for you - you'll receive three 30 minute daily movement, mindset and self care practices, plus extra resources and support in the private group chat. They dont need to be completed in any specific order.

Q5: HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT PER DAY?

Just 90 minutes a day, split into three 30-minute sections.

It is designed to be flexible and fit into your daily routine - you can adapt it however works best for you.

Q6: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 30 DAYS?

You'll have met new friends and built sustainable habits that you can carry forward into the rest of the year. And who knows? We might have something special planned for those who complete it! :)
