Two women in our 30s who’ve lived the “start again Monday” life more times than we can count. We’ve done the resets, the routines, the endless promises to “be better.” And still, something always felt off. So we built exactly what we needed.

Q1: WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START AND END?

START: THUR 1st MAY 2025

Q2: WHAT DATE & TIMES ARE THE LIVE CALLS? (please note the first live group call is on Mon 28th April please join this to get clear on your intentions for May) 

DATES: Monday 28th April, 5th May, 12th May, 19th May

TIME: 5PM UK TIME 

Q3: WHAT IF I CANT MAKE THE LIVE CALLS? 

No worries! The calls are recorded and replays will be available to watch in your own time. 

Q4: HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT DO TO EACH DAY?

You will receive a welcome pack with all info on, plus daily emails and WhatsApp message reminders to keep you on track. We also have the live weekly Zoom calls too. We've planned everything for you - you'll receive 3 x 30 minute daily movement, mindset and self care practices, plus extra resources and support in the private group chat. Your daily practices dont need to be completed in any particular order. 

Q5: IS THIS AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE?

Yes you can join from anywhere in the world we have women from all across the globe taking part each month.

Q6: DO I NEED EQUIPMENT FOR THE DAILY MOVEMENT?

Nope. You don’t need gym equipment, fancy tools, or a bathroom full of products.
The Method is built to fit your real life - with whatever you already have.
Movement is bodyweight-based, and self-care doesn’t require candles, scrubs, or serums (unless you want them).
This is about rhythm, not rituals that cost money.
